Elizabeth enjoys working with individuals interested in finding the quintessential Westcliffe, Colorado ranch for sale simply an extraordinary rural home or mountain property in an extraordinary location. In 1993 Elizabeth and her husband, John, and their two young children – Jane and Clarke – relocated from Pasadena, California to their ranch situated at the north end of the Wet Mountain Valley just outside the Town of Hillside the north end of the Wet Mountain Valley. They had their third child, Henry, a few years later. All three children attended Custer County Schools through high school and Elizabeth has been active as a leader in Excellence in Education and 4H. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Southern California. Prior to forming Watson Land was a broker associate focusing on luxury home sales with Pasadena, California based William Wilson Company, a Christie’s affiliate.

Carolyn discovered the Wet Mountain Valley 35 years ago in connection with a horseback camping trip into the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The beauty and lifestyle of the area led Carolyn, her husband and two boys to relocate to Westcliffe a year later. Carolyn learned the business with Colorado Springs-based Merritt Group and later was affiliated with the National brokerage United Country Real Estate. Carolyn is a long time equine enthusiast and she is excited to share with clients from her longtime real estate experience and informed knowledge of all the recreational pursuits to be found in the Wet Mountain valley.
